If you thought neutralizing the outer elbow strike was intimidating, then take it very slowly with this one. The inner elbow spiral and rolling method deals with an elbow which has already crossed your outer defences. Start with other exercises and only advance to this one when you have a foundation in the basic sticking and following skills which are taught in other lessons.
